Delivery Time= Shipping Time(10-15 business days) + Order Processing Time(1-3 business days)

Where is our warehouse?

We have two different fulfillment centers in America and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-3 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. Suppose there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location. We will ship your order from our central fulfillment center in China, where we stock a large quantity and style of the products.


We use China Post, USPS, or FedEx to ship our order based on your location and available inventory.Our delivery will take 5-10 business days: however, please expect 3-5 weeks of delivery(Due to the COVID-19 SITUATION). Although we ship your order and provide the tracking number within 24hrs, it's the shipping carriers and the government who will decide when to deliver your order.


Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48hrs for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system, Please note that your order is actually on the way there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at

Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time. So there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately via support@WIKI If you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

Lost or stolen package

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, we will actively assist you in dealing with the carriers for goods shipping status.
